Straightforward answers about what Vayru does and how it works.

What does Vayru track?

Vayru can organise fluid intake, urine output, bowel movements, medications, timing, urgency, optional colour and related notes, depending on your settings.

Does Vayru diagnose a condition?

No. Vayru is a personal record-keeping tool and does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical advice.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. The iPhone app can be used on its own. Apple Watch provides additional quick-recording options.

Is Apple Health required?

No. Apple Health is optional and controlled through Settings and Apple’s permission system.

Can I record only urine or only bowel activity?

Tracking options can be adjusted in Settings so the interface matches what you need.

Can I export my information?

Vayru supports reports and CSV exports for available records.

Why does the dashboard use a seesaw?

The seesaw provides a quick visual comparison between Fluid In and Fluid Out for the selected reporting period. The heavier side sits lower.

What does the number in the pivot mean?

It shows the bowel movement count for the selected period when bowel tracking is enabled.

Where can I suggest an improvement?

Signed-in users can open Vayru Improvements from the app. This keeps voting relevant and reduces spam.
