Tap In or Out from the Watch home screen. The centre count reflects bowel activity when enabled.
Fluid Out and flow timer
Select an amount, adjust time and urgency, and optionally choose urine colour. The dedicated timer can be started when flow begins.
Bowel recording
Select Bristol type and continue through the available Watch choices.
